    Glorious Game's  version of the Italian classic....a lasagne layering tender minced pheasant in a deliciously rich tomato sauce between home-made pasta and bechamel sauce, topped with  Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella & Quickes Extra Mature Cheddar (which gives parmesan a run for it's money!) 
     
    Nowt but goodness....no added sugar nor preservatives. 

    • Cooking Instructions

      COOK FROM FROZEN : Pre-heat oven to (190°C / 170°C FAN / GAS MARK 5). Remove lid & place existing dish on a baking tray. Cook for approximately 60 - 65 minutes until piping hot through … please remember not all ovens are created equal! Do not reheat.

      A Dressed Salad...Garlic Bread Optional!

      Whilst every effort has been made to remove all traces (all our products are hand and home-made) all the game is genuinely wild, so please be aware there is a very small chance that some shot may remain.

      Ingredients : Pheasant (27%), Milk, Tinned Tomatoes (Tomatoes 99.8%, salt), Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Pheasant Stock (Pheasant Bones, Water, Carrot, Peppercorns, Juniper Berries, Garlic, Cloves, Thyme, Bay), Onion, Carrot, Free Range Eggs, Fortified British Red Wine (Sulphites), Tomato Purée (tomatoes, citric acid), Scottich Buffalo Mozarella (Buffalo Milk, Salt, Lactic Cultures, Vegetarian Rennet, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid) (2%) Organic Butter (Milk, salt), Apple Balsamic Vinegar (Cider Vinegar, Apple Concentrate, Caramel E150a), Garlic, uickes Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cornish Sea Salt, rennet, starter culture)(1%), Rapeseed Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Black Olives, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Oregano, Powdered Dried Mushroom.

      Please do advise of any allergens or intolerances when ordering - your safety is of paramount importance and the juniper berries used in making the stock in this dish have been "packed in a factory that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten". Therefore whilst no nuts, seeds nor soya form part of the recipe, and they are not intended to be incorporated within the dish, Glorious Game cannot guarantee that there has been no cross contamination in that factory, though it should be noted that products containing allergens are packed in a separate room to those which do not, and so the risk of cross contamination is very slight.  However, if this is an issue for you, another batch can be made without those juniper berries.
