Ordering & Delivery Information

Minimum Order Size
No minimum order applies, other than for free local delivery (within 10 miles of Boroughbridge), in which case there is a minimum order requirement of £30.00.
The current minimum courier charge is £9.99.

All orders over £75.00 qualify for free delivery.
Gift Vouchers can be sent for free via email or via first class post at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Options

Please note that as a one man band I may not be able to dispatch the same day as you order - doing so will depend upon whether your meals are ready to go, or still to be cooked - as well as the courier collection time. If you would like something urgently please give me a ring or drop me an email (07748 310768 or and let me know what you're after and I can let you know what's achievable and when.
When ready to go, everything is dispatched via DHL for next day delivery.  This is achievable for most mainland UK addresses, with parcels dispatched Monday - Wednesday. Specific time slots or Saturday delivery are also available.  I do ask that you please check before placing an order if you require it urgently.  Likewise please touch base before ordering for delivery to remote areas including the Highlands or any Islands, so that I can confirm with DHL whether they are able to deliver the following day.  ( or 07748 310768).

Keeping Food Frozen
Meals are wrapped in completely sustainable wool packaging. Wool is of course one of the best insulating materials out there. The addition of iced gel packs ensures the contents stay frozen until delivered.

The wool packaging is 100% compostable & biodegradable. If you can't find a use for it (be that as pet bedding, cushion filling or pipe insulation (why not check out #letsboxclever on social media for inspiration) then please give it to someone else who might have a use for it or send it back to me for a discount off your next order, or chuck it on the compost heap. Please do NOT put it in landfill, even though it will naturally biodegrade in 6-12 months.

Delivery If You are Not In
As your order comprises perishable frozen (unless requested otherwise) food it must be delivered on the day; it cannot be returned to the depot for re-delivery. If there is a chance you might not be in at any point on the day of delivery please leave details of a safe place for your package to be left or request a particular date for delivery.  Thank you!

Return & Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of frozen food, we are unable to accept returns. Should you wish to make any changes to your order following completion please contact Sophie on 07748 310 768 or as matter of urgency, within 24 hours. Confirmation of any changes or cancellation will be required in writing, and acceptred via email.  If a change or cancellation is not requested before the order is dispatched there is nothing Glorious Game Ltd can do.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your dishes upon delivery, please contact Sophie upon receipt ( or 07748 310 768) with a photo to illustrate your concern.  Any replacements or refund will be issued at Sophie's discretion.
