1. What personal information we collect
The information we hold is as provided directly, or as collected during the online ordering process. Generally, this information includes name and contact details, as provided by the customer. Glorious Game will contact you on the email address or phone number given whilst placing your order to advise you of any updates to your order and its delivery status. Following successful delivery you will not be contacted again.
Please note that if you do not agree to provide us with your contact details when you make an enquiry with us then we shall be unable to respond to you.
2. Why we process your personal information
We process your personal information for a number of reasons and using different lawful bases.
When you provide us with your details in making an enquiry about any product we will use those details for the purpose of administering your query and responding to you. With your prior written permission we may also use your contact details to contact you with promotional materials about new products and special offers and for market research purposes.
Should you ‘opt in’ to our mailing list, you will be contacted occasionally with a newsletter or promotional emails about new products and special offers. All electronic financial transactions entered are processed via Wix Stores / Izettle and we do not hold any payment details either on our website or elsewhere.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Our website does contain links to other websites which may be of interest (those talented ladies who turn feathers into accessories & works of art, and the charities we support).
