The information we hold is as provided directly, or as collected during the online ordering process. Generally, this information includes name and contact details, as provided by the customer. Glorious Game will contact you on the email address or phone number given whilst placing your order to advise you of any updates to your order and its delivery status. Following successful delivery you will not be contacted again.

Please note that if you do not agree to provide us with your contact details when you make an enquiry with us then we shall be unable to respond to you.

We process your personal information for a number of reasons and using different lawful bases.

When you provide us with your details in making an enquiry about any product we will use those details for the purpose of administering your query and responding to you. All electronic financial transactions entered are processed via Wix Stores / Izettle and we do not hold any payment details either on our website or elsewhere.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Our website does contain links to other websites which may be of interest (those talented ladies who turn feathers into accessories & works of art, and the charities we support). However please note that once you have used those links to leave our site, we do not have any control over the other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting those sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
