    Pheasant Breast, Butter (Milk),Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Onion, Chestnuts, Dried Cranberries, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Salt, Black Pepper, Sage.

    Red Wine Jus : Pheasant Stock (Pheasant Bones, Carrot, Garlic, Thyme, Juniper, Cloves, Bay Leaf). Red Wine (Sulphites), Shallot, Rapeseed Oil, Thmye & Bay

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Pre-heat oven to (200°C / 180°C FAN / GAS MARK 6). Place pithivier on a baking tray, glaze with a little egg and heat for approximately 20-25  minutes until piping hot through … please remember not all ovens are created equal! Do not reheat
