    • INGREDIENTS

      Pheasant (33%), Pheasant Stock (Water, Pheasant Bones, Carrot, Peppercorns, Juniper Berries, Garlic, Cloves, Thyme, Bay), Onion, Carrots, Orange Juice & Zest(7%), British Fortified Wine (Sulphites), Apple Balsamic (Cider Vinegar, Apple Concentrate, Caramel E150a), Cornflour, Thyme (1%), Star Anise, Rapeseed Oil, Bay Leaf, Salt, Black Pepper.

    • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

      COOK FROM FROZEN : Remove lid & film, cover with foil & pop existing dish on a baking tray into a pre-heated oven (190°C / 170°C FAN / GAS MARK 6). Cook for approximately 45 minutes until piping hot through. Please remember all ovens are not created equal! Do not reheat.

      To Microwave : pierce film & cook on full power for 12 minutes, stirring & recovering half way through. Leave to stand 2 minutes before eating. Do not reheat.

      Mashed or baked potato & fresh green veg.
