    • Ingredients

      Pheasant (22%), Tinned Tomatoes (tomatoes 99.8%, salt), Onion, Red Peppers, Pheasant Stock (Pheasant Bones, Water, Juniper Berries, Garlic, Thyme, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf),  Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Salt, Turmeric, Garam Masala (Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cardamon, Cloves, Mace, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Rose Petals), Tomato Purée (tomatoes, citric acid).

    • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

      Individual Portion 

      COOK FROM FROZEN Pre-heat oven (190°C / 170°C FAN / GAS MARK 5). Remove film, cover with foil. Place on pre-heated baking sheet & reheat for approximately 30-35 minutes until piping hot through – please remember all ovens are not created equal!

      To Microwave piece film and heat on full power for 6 minutes, stirring half-way through. Do not reheat.

       

      Double Portion

      COOK FROM FROZEN Pre-heat oven (190°C / 170°C FAN / GAS MARK 5). Remove film, cover with foil. Place on pre-heated baking sheet & reheat for approximately 40-45 minutes until piping hot through – please remember all ovens are not created equal!

      To Microwave piece film and heat on full power for 10 minutes, stirring half-way through. Do not reheat.

      Serving Suggestion : Basmati Rice or Naan Bread

      Please do advise of any allergens or intolerances when ordering - your safety is of paramount importance and the juniper berries used in making the stock in this dish, together with the cumin & garam masala spices have been "packed in a factory that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten". Therefore whilst no nuts, seeds, soya nor cereals form part of the recipe, and they are not intended to be incorporated within the dish, Glorious Game cannot guarantee that there has been no cross contamination in that factory, though it should be noted that products containing allergens are packed in a separate room to those which do not, and so the risk of cross contamination is very slight.  However, if this is an issue for you, another batch can be made without those ingredients.
