    • ALLERGENS....PLEASE NOTE

lease do advise of any allergens or intolerances when ordering - your safety is of paramount importance and the juniper berries used in making the stock in this dish have been "packed in a factory that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten". Therefore whilst no nuts, seeds nor soya form part of the recipe, and they are not intended to be incorporated within the dish, Glorious Game cannot guarantee that there has been no cross contamination in that factory, though it should be noted that products containing allergens are packed in a separate room to those which do not, and so the risk of cross contamination is very slight.  However, if this is an issue for you, another batch can be made without those juniper berries.

Please also note that whilst Glorious Game makes every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on the website is up to date & correct, we're always striving to improve recipes, and in doing so, tweaking ingredients. There is a small chance that this may affect the allergen & nutritional information displayed online so please do advise of any allergies when ordering, or make any specific requests prior to doing so.

    • Shot

Whilst every effort has been made to remove all traces (all products are hand and home-made) all the game is genuinely wild, so please be aware there is a very small chance that some shot may remain.

    • Serving Suggestions

Soak up the sauce with some rice, a jacket potato (sweet or otherwise) or crusty baguette.
