    • INGREDIENTS

      Pulled Pheasant : Pheasant (68%), Apple Juice, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Ground Pepper, Smoked Paprika.

      BBQ Sauce : Tomatoes (tomatoes, citric acid), Onion, Honey, Apple Balsamic (Cider Vinegar, Apple Concentrate, Caramel E150a0, Pear Concentrate, Apple Concentrate, Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy (Fish) Extract, Salt, Sugar), Tamarind Concentrate (Tamarind, Water), Garlic, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Celery Salt (salt, ground celery (23%) anti-caking agent E551), Mustard Powder, Chilli, Cloves, Allspice, Salt & Black Pepper.
