A glorious version of the ceremonial Malaysian dish; slow cooked venison in a spicy coconut based sauce makes an indulgently rich, tender & deeply flavoursome stew. Slightly "saucier" than a traditional rendang, following customer feedback & requests for a "wetter" dish to further flavour their accompanying rice.
