    A glorious version of the ceremonial Malaysian dish; slow cooked pheasant thigh in a spicy coconut based sauce makes an indulgently rich, tender & deeply flavoursome stew. Slightly "saucier" than a traditional rendang, following customer feedback & requests for a "wetter" dish to further flavour their accompanying rice.

      Pheasant thigh (47%), Coconut Milk (38%), Onion, Dessicated Coconut (Sulphites)(3%), Tamarind, Ginger, Garlic, Lemongrass, Palm Sugar, Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Rapeseed Oil

      Whilst all our products are prepared by hand at home and every effort has been made to remove any shot there is a very small chance a trace remains.

      Please do advise of any allergens or intolerances when ordering - your safety is of paramount importance and the coriander,  cumin & coconut flour used in preparation of  this dish were packed in factories that handle nuts (including peanuts), mustard, seeds, cereals, soya, products containing gluten & milk. Therefore whilst these ingredients do not form part of the recipe, and they are not intended to be incorporated within the dish, Glorious Game cannot guarantee that there has been no cross contamination in that factory, though it should be noted that products containing allergens are packed in a separate room to those which do not, and so the risk of cross contamination is very slight.
