    Our version of the ceremonial Malaysian dish; breast of pheasant cooked slowly with coconut & lemongrass to make an indulgently rich, tender & deeply flavoursome stew. Slightly "saucier" than a traditional rendang, following customer feedback & requests for a "wetter" dish to further flavour their accompanying rice. 

    100% Natural Ingredients.  


    N.B. "Naturally Gluten Free" means the dish is made without any gluten-containing ingredients. However as this is a home based business with only one kitchen, which does handle a number of allergens we cannot claim to be entirely "Gluten Free", nor "Allergen Free".

      Whilst all our products are prepared by hand at home and every effort has been made to remove any shot there is a very small chance a trace remains.
