Our version of the ceremonial Malaysian dish; breast of pheasant cooked slowly with coconut & lemongrass to make an indulgently rich, tender & deeply flavoursome stew. Slightly "saucier" than a traditional rendang, following customer feedback & requests for a "wetter" dish to further flavour their accompanying rice.
