    Please do advise of any allergens or intolerances when ordering - your safety is of paramount importance and the juniper berries used in making the stock in this dish, also the coriander, cumin & coconut flour, have been packed in a factory that handles nuts (including peanuts), mustard, seeds, cereals, soya, products containing gluten, milk & sulphites. Therefore whilst none of these ingredients form part of the recipe and they are not intended to be incorporated within the dish, Glorious Game cannot guarantee that there has been no cross contamination in that factory, though it should be noted that products containing allergens are packed in a separate room to those which do not, and so the risk of cross contamination is very slight.However, if this is an issue for you, a bespoke batch can be made, substituting those ingredients.
